What happens after the order is paid

ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL
We send you your order number on the same day after payment.

For different countries, the assembly and dispatch of goods by postal service takes different times, usually from 1 to 3 days
SENDING A TRACKING NUMBER
As soon as we send the order, we send you a track number to track the movement of the parcel. This usually happens within 3 days after payment.

Easy return process

We offer 6 months warranty for all adult products. If your product is defective, we will replace it with an identical product within 6 months of purchase. (your product may also come with an extended manufacturer's warranty). If we are unable to replace your product, we will offer you another product of the same value.
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the items to us in accordance with a "change of mind". Items must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, hygiene seal intact, and all contents of the original package.

Please be aware that for health and hygiene reasons we cannot offer returns or exchanges for used/opened sex toys. We do not guarantee any of our products, however we remain true to our exceptional customer service, we will always strive to ensure that all of our customers are happy with their purchase. Please note: Standard postage fees may apply on return orders (tracking number will be required as proof of submission). If the return is for a defective item, a replacement item will be sent to you free of charge within 5 business days from the date we receive the defective item.
