We offer 6 months warranty for all adult products. If your product is defective, we will replace it with an identical product within 6 months of purchase. (your product may also come with an extended manufacturer's warranty). If we are unable to replace your product, we will offer you another product of the same value.
Before returning a defective product, we may ask you to perform a few simple testing procedures as described below. - Make sure the batteries you are using are of the correct type. - Make sure the batteries are correctly inserted into the product. - Try new batteries as you may be using old, worn out batteries. - Make sure the battery connectors are not wet or damp. - Make sure the safety seal is removed from the battery compartment.
